Crock Pot Sweet Cherry Chicken Sandwiches
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 C. bbq sauce (I used Sweet Baby Ray's)
1/3 C. cherry preserves
1/4 C. yellow mustard
Combine all ingredients and cook on high for 3-4 hours, or on low for 6-8 hours (Add at least 1/2 C. of water if using the low setting). Shred with a fork and season with salt and pepper to taste.
